REFUND POLICY
Subscription Fees
All subscription fees for the Remote Neurofeedback program are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This includes the monthly rental fee of $390, which covers equipment rental, access to the neurofeedback program, and client support services. Refunds for partial months are not available, as the service is billed monthly.
Equipment Returns
To cancel your subscription, you must notify us and return the provided equipment using the prepaid return package. Once we receive the equipment in good condition, your subscription will be terminated, and no further charges will be applied. Refunds will not be issued for unused time remaining in the current billing cycle.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where service delivery was disrupted due to an issue on the part of Brightest Life LLC. If you believe you qualify for a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at info@brightest-life.com with a detailed explanation of the issue. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
